Efficacy vegetable eggplant


Eggplant is one vegetable that has a specific substance. Some elements of vitamins and minerals contained in eggplant include: vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, sodium, chlorogenic acid, and trypsin that can lower cholesterol.
