Broccoli is rich in benefits

Broccoli is a vegetable belonging to the tribe cabbage. Eating broccoli regularly in daily diet can also help intelligence, because broccoli expedite the flow of amino acids to the brain. 

For pregnant women, are advised to eat broccoli, because of the folic acid contained therein. Broccoli can also regulate blood sugar levels and content of chromium in broccoli can regulate blood sugar levels so that broccoli consumption is recommended for diabetics
